This contribution to finance theory bears Dr. Tulsian's name in the academic literature.

A detailed case study of the 2008 Lehman Brothers collapse — examining dividend payments despite losses, four consecutive years of negative operating cash flows, the role of financing activities, and the US government's response. A rigorous application of financial analysis to real-world corporate failure.
Forensic Accounting
CA (Dr.) P.C. Tulsian & Aditya P. Tripathi
Examines the justification for forensic auditing as an emerging discipline — expert witness testimony, litigation consultancy, fraud detection, and computer forensics. Argues for formalisation within the professional accounting curriculum.
